When Tomei designed the Expreme exhaust manifold for the EJ20 motor, they had efficiency in mind. Not only to increase flow but to be light and strong as well. To accomplish this, they have selected SUS304 stainless steel for the construction. With very smooth bends, high quality welds, and extensive testing, Tomei's engineers have created one of the best manifolds available for the EJ turbo motor. This is an un-equal length manifold so the characteristic boxer sound is preserved. Included is all the hardware and gaskets you will need as well as thermal wrap and metal ties to keep heat away from the oil pan and engine bay.
Tomei proudly introduces the high efficiency 4 to 1 manifold for the Subaru WRX EJ20, EJ25; building upon Subaru's existing 4-2-1 design. The exhaust efficency of the standard exhaust manifold is not perfect, but the Tomei 4-1 type exhaust manifold with its increase in efficiency comes very close to perfection. The unequal design helps the engine exhale a bit easier because it takes into consideration which cylinders are in the exhaust phase in order to reduce any sort of back pressure. One can definitely feel the difference while driving with one of these manifolds installed.
Tomei Expreme manifolds are made of high quality certified T304 stainless steel and are tig welded for a more precise and perfect finish. They also come with everything you need to get the job done right.

Sauber verarbeitet!
Passgenau und mit ausreichend bebilderten Einbauanleitung.
In meinem Fall passgenau für einen * JDM Forester STi MY04 * (SG9 mit EJ257)
Aber: - Das Thermoband könnte von besserer Qualität sein (wer sich einen Gefallen tun will kauft Titan Band dazu) - es muss beim Forester auf den originalen Kunststoffunterbodenschutz verzichtet werden (Brandgefahr!)
- Die rechte Längsverstrebung muss nach Anleitung bearbeitet werden (sonst zu geringer Luftspalt zwischen Krümmer und Strebe)
