The COBB Tuning Catted Bellmouth Downpipe has one purpose and that is to add more horsepower and torque. It is a direct replacement of the highly restrictive factory downpipe, and it is the result of COBB's countless hours of research and testing to deliver the consumer a product that is satisfying in power and performance. This downpipe combines smooth mandrel bends with increased piping diameter that will reduce exhaust turbulence under boost. This will also result with improved throttle response and reduced turbo lag.
This downpipe has been fabricated from 304 Stainless Steel, and the piping diameter is 3", however it does taper down to the 2.5" stock flange for those of you who are going to retain the stock cat-back exhaust system.
